Juni war in den USA &#8222;Nationaler Donut Tag,&#8220; und auch wenn ich keine Amerikanerin bin, habe ich mir den Tag zum Anlass genommen <strong>vegane Donuts zu backen<\/strong>. Man kann schlie\u00dflich nie genug Donuts in seinem Leben haben, und wenn dann auch noch so ein toller Feiertag ist, gibt es schlie\u00dflich keine Ausrede mehr. Ehrlich gesagt habe ich noch nie eine Person getroffen, die keine Blaubeer-Donuts mag. Und da es vegane Donuts sind, die zudem gebacken und nicht frittiert werden, kann man von einem gesunden Dessert sprechen. Nat\u00fcrlich ist es ges\u00fcnder wenn man unverarbeitete Blaubeeren isst, aber dieser Beitrag handelt schlie\u00dflich um vegane Donuts! Im Vergleich zu gekauften Donuts, sind diese gebackenen Blaubeer Donuts mega gesund. Meine Donuts enthalten weder Butter, Eier, Gluten noch Milchprodukte. Du kannst sogar die Glasur ohne raffinierten Zucker machen. Ich benutze Erythrit, das ich <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anthonysgoods.com\/#_l_27\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HIER<\/a> gekauft habe. Meine <strong>Blaubeer Donuts<\/strong> m\u00fcssen ausserdem f\u00fcr nur 12 bis 15 Minuten in den Ofen. Ich habe ausserdem viele Blaubeeren im Rezept verarbeitet, nicht nur weil ich sie liebe, sondern weil sie auch sehr gesund sind. Wusstest du, dass <strong>Blaubeeren eines der ges\u00fcndesten Lebensmittel<\/strong> sind, die sogar Krebs verhindern k\u00f6nnen? Ich habe einige Dokumentarfilme dar\u00fcber gesehen, wie wertvoll Blaubeeren f\u00fcr unsere Gesundheit sind, daher esse ich sie gerne so oft es nur geht.
