Sojamilch, Hafermilch usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apfelessig:<\/strong> Durch Zugabe von Essig (oder Zitronensaft) zur Pflanzenmilch, entsteht ein veganer Buttermilchteig.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kichererbsenmehl:<\/strong> Dieses Mehl ist von Natur aus glutenfrei und sorgt f\u00fcr einen geschmackvollen, d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssigen Teig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Du kannst eine kleine Menge Kichererbsenmehl durch <strong>Maismehl<\/strong> ersetzen, um zus\u00e4tzliche Farbe, Textur und Geschmack zu erhalten.<\/p>\n<h3>Die Panade<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Haferflocken:<\/strong> Ich habe ganze Haferflocken (normal oder zertifiziert glutenfrei) genommen, die ich zu grobem Mehl gemahlen habe. Ein paar Zentimeter Pflanzen\u00f6l, z.B. Raps\u00f6l (oder ein anderes \u00d6l mit hohem Rauchpunkt) in einem Topf\/ tiefe Pfanne auf ca. 175-180 \u00b0C erhitzen.<\/p>\n<p>Dann einige panierte Austernpilze hinzugeben (die Pfanne nicht zu voll machen) und ein paar Minuten lang frittieren, bis sie goldbraun und knusprig sind.
