Nachdem ich Anfang des Jahres einen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/knoblauch-bohnen-dip\/\"><strong>Dip aus wei\u00dfen Bohnen<\/strong><\/a> mit ger\u00f6stetem Knoblauch kreiert hatte, beschloss ich, andere H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte f\u00fcr cremige Dip-Ideen zu verwenden und kam auf diese Variante des Klassikers mit Linsen. Auch bekannt als Linsen-Hummus!<\/p>\n<p>Mit Tahin, Knoblauch, Zitrone und Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, hat dieser Linsen-Dip alle Geschmacksrichtungen des klassischen Hummus, aber dank des Austauschs von Kichererbsen gegen Linsen einen noch herzhafteren, erdigeren Geschmack. Au\u00dferdem kann der Dip je nach gew\u00fcnschter Farbe und Geschmack mit braunen, gr\u00fcnen oder roten Linsen zubereitet werden und notfalls kann man auch Linsen aus der Dose nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Wie mein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/hummus-rezept\/\"><strong>klassisches Hummus-Rezept<\/strong><\/a>, kann auch dieser Linsendip ohne \u00d6l hergestellt werden, sofern du das m\u00f6chtest. Das Ergebnis ist ein leichter, gesunder, frischer, w\u00fcrziger, knoblauchreicher, cremig-zarter Dip, der sich perfekt zum Dippen und Bestreichen eignet. Alles, was du daf\u00fcr tun musst, ist, die Linsen zu kochen und dann alles in einem Mixer zu p\u00fcrieren, bis die Masse glatt ist. Etwas Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen, um die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz zu erreichen und voil\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Das Beste daran ist, dass sowohl Linsen als auch Kichererbsen reich an Ballaststoffen, resistenter St\u00e4rke, pflanzlichem Eiwei\u00df und verschiedenen Vitaminen, Mineralien und Antioxidantien sind, aber Linsen haben trotzdem die Nase vorn. Sie enthalten zum Beispiel 8,8 Gramm Eiwei\u00df pro 100 g gekochter brauner Linsen, verglichen mit den 7,5 Gramm in Kichererbsen. Au\u00dferdem enthalten sie einen h\u00f6heren Anteil an Eisen und B-Vitaminen. Also, auf geht&#8217;s zum Mixen!<\/p>\n<p>Hummus ist nicht das einzige Gericht, das ich mit Linsen umgewandelt habe. Bitte beachte, dass rote Linsen nur halb so lange gekocht werden m\u00fcssen, bis sie weich sind.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche oder Wasser:<\/strong> Zum Kochen der Linsen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter (optional):<\/strong> W\u00e4hrend des Kochens zu den Linsen geben, um ihnen mehr Aroma zu verleihen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tahin:<\/strong> Dies ist eine unverzichtbare Zutat f\u00fcr &#8222;Hummus&#8220; und verleiht ihm einen reichhaltigen, cremigen, leicht bitteren Geschmack. Falls du kein Tahin zur Verf\u00fcgung hast, kannst du auch Cashewmus oder Sonnenblumenkernmus verwenden, wobei der Geschmack nat\u00fcrlich anders ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft:<\/strong> (oder Limettensaft) Am besten ist es frischen Zitronensaft zu verwenden, um den besten Geschmack zu erzielen. Eine kleine Menge Zitronenschalenabrieb sorgt f\u00fcr einen noch spritzigeren Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Frischer Knoblauch ist ein Muss f\u00fcr Hummus, auch f\u00fcr diese Linsen-Version. Die Menge je nach Geschmack anpassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kreuzk\u00fcmmel:<\/strong> Gemahlener Kreuzk\u00fcmmel ist eine klassische Zutat f\u00fcr Hummus und passt auch gut zu diesem Linsen-Aufstrich.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz und schwarzer Pfeffer:<\/strong> Zum W\u00fcrzen, je nach Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Petersilie:<\/strong> Frisch gehackte Petersilie ist eine gro\u00dfartige Garnierung. Koriander w\u00e4re auch gut geeignet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wasser:<\/strong> Zum Verd\u00fcnnen des Linsen-Hummus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Was k\u00f6nnte sonst noch hinzuf\u00fcgt werden?<\/strong> R\u00e4ucherpaprika, um dem Hummus eine dezente Rauchnote zu verleihen, Chili-\/Cayennepfeffer oder rote Chiliflocken, f\u00fcr mehr Sch\u00e4rfe oder auch Tomatenmark oder sonnengetrocknete Tomaten, um dem roten Linsen-Hummus eine besondere Note zu geben. Die Linsen vorher absp\u00fclen und aussortieren, um Steinchen oder andere Verunreinigungen zu entfernen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Danach werden die Linsen nach Packungsanleitung in einem mittelgro\u00dfen Topf gekocht, bis sie weich sind. F\u00fcr mehr Geschmack k\u00f6nnen sie auch in Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche (normale oder salzarme) mit 1-2 Lorbeerbl\u00e4ttern gekocht werden.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die Linsen abgie\u00dfen und mit allen \u00fcbrigen Zutaten (au\u00dfer der Petersilie) in einen Mixer geben und p\u00fcrieren, bis der Dip glatt und cremig ist. Das Wasser essl\u00f6ffelweise hinzugeben, bis die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.<\/li>\n<li>Den Dip abschmecken und die Zutaten nach Belieben anpassen, z. Falls der Dip durch das Abk\u00fchlen zu sehr eingedickt ist, etwas Wasser hinzugeben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Den Dip vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen und dann in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter (oder einzeln portioniert in einem Eisw\u00fcrfelbeh\u00e4lter) oder Ziplock-Beutel(n) bis zu 4 Monate lang einfrieren. Wird der Dip mit einer d\u00fcnnen Schicht Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufelt, bleibt er l\u00e4nger frisch.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen. Wenn sich die Konsistenz oder der Geschmack ver\u00e4ndert hat, einfach erneut mixen, bis er glatt ist und zus\u00e4tzlich etwas Zitronen-\/Limettensaft oder Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen.
