Alternativ k\u00f6nnen auch \u00fcberreife, p\u00fcrierte Banane oder p\u00fcrierte S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzliche Milch:<\/strong> Jede unges\u00fc\u00dfte Pflanzenmilch ist geeignet, z. B. Mandelmilch, Sojamilch, Kokosmilch usw. Je h\u00f6her der Fettanteil ist, desto saftiger wird der vegane Schokokuchen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt:<\/strong> Nat\u00fcrliches Vanilleextrakt oder -paste verwenden, um einen k\u00fcnstlichen Nachgeschmack zu vermeiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Trockene Zutaten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mehl:<\/strong> Ich habe eine glutenfreie Allzweckmehlmischung verwendet. Falls du jedoch kein Problem mit Gluten hast, kannst du auch Weizenmehl oder Dinkelmehl f\u00fcr dieses gesunde Schokobrot verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Mandeln:<\/strong> Fein gemahlene Mandeln ergeben die beste Textur. Du kannst aber auch andere fein gemahlene N\u00fcsse (z.B. gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse oder Cashews) oder Kerne (z.B.
