F\u00fcr diese Menschen ist es an der Zeit, dieses einfache Kohlsuppen-Rezept auszuprobieren, um die schlechten Erinnerungen zu vertreiben &#8211; und das alles in einem Gericht, das nur einen Topf und minimalen Aufwand erfordert.<\/p>\n<p>Ich muss zugeben, dass ich Kohl schon immer gemocht habe. Hinzu kommen verschiedene n\u00e4hrstoffreiche, nicht st\u00e4rkehaltige Gem\u00fcsesorten (wie Sellerie und Karotten). Auch gelbe\/rote Linsen sind geeignet und brauchen nicht eingeweicht zu werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kohl:<\/strong> F\u00fcr diese vegane Kohlsuppe empfehle ich normalen Gr\u00fcn- oder Wei\u00dfkohl, aber auch andere Sorten wie Chinakohl oder Rotkohl sollten funktionieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limette:<\/strong> Verleiht der Suppe Frische und ein subtiles, aber bemerkenswertes Aroma. Sobald es hei\u00df ist, Zwiebel, Sellerie, Karotten und Brokkoli hinzuf\u00fcgen. Unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren 5 Minuten lang anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Knoblauch und Gew\u00fcrze einr\u00fchren und eine weitere Minute d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter, die gehackten Tomaten, das Tomatenmark, die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und die Linsen hinzuf\u00fcgen. Umr\u00fchren, den Topf abdecken und zum Kochen bringen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Ich habe braune Linsen verwendet, die ich in lauwarmem Wasser eingeweicht habe, w\u00e4hrend ich das Gem\u00fcse zerkleinert habe. Du kannst auch rote oder gelbe Linsen verwenden und die Suppe 5 Minuten k\u00fcrzer kochen.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sobald die Suppe kocht, die Hitze auf ein leichtes K\u00f6cheln reduzieren. Den Kohl hinzugeben (schubweise, da er Zeit braucht, um zu zerfallen), dann zugedeckt 20-25 Minuten kochen, dabei gelegentlich umr\u00fchren. Das Gericht ist fertig, wenn das gesamte Gem\u00fcse und die Linsen weich sind.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Schluss den Saft der Limette einr\u00fchren und die Suppe abschmecken, ggf. nachw\u00fcrzen. Die Kohl-Gem\u00fcsesuppe schmeckt am n\u00e4chsten Tag noch besser. Daher kannst du sie auch komplett im Voraus zubereiten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren:<\/strong> Den Eintopf abk\u00fchlen lassen und in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank bis zu 3 Tage aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Reste der abgek\u00fchlten Gem\u00fcsesuppe kannst du bis zu 3 Monate lang in Gefrierbeuteln (flachgedr\u00fcckt und ohne Luft), in einer Silikon-Muffinform oder in einzelnen luftdichten, gefriersicheren Beh\u00e4ltern einfrieren.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen, dann erneut aufw\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wieder aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Die Kohlsuppe auf dem Herd oder in der Mikrowelle aufw\u00e4rmen, bis sie wieder warm ist.
