Durch die Zugabe von gemahlenen Mandeln und K\u00fcrbis im Teig sind diese leckeren Apfelpl\u00e4tzchen ein mundgerechtes Dessert f\u00fcr den Herbst und mindestens genauso k\u00f6stlich wie ein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/apfel-streuselkuchen-vegan-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>Apfelkuchen<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Die meisten Keks-Rezepte stecken leider oft voller ungesunder Zutaten und leeren Kalorien, und ich versuche, meinen Konsum von beidem zu reduzieren. Z.B. Honey Crisp, Gala, Pink Lady, Jonagold, Granny Smith, usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker:<\/strong> Ist unraffiniert und hat einen Karamellgeschmack, der wunderbar zu Zimt und \u00c4pfeln passt. Brauner Zucker funktioniert ebenfalls gut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzenmilch:<\/strong> Jede unges\u00fc\u00dfte Milch ist geeignet, z. B. Alternativ kann der Keksteig auch 2-3 Monate im Gefrierschrank gelagert werden (in Frischhaltefolie).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren:<\/strong> Die Apfelpl\u00e4tzchen abk\u00fchlen lassen und dann in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter bei Zimmertemperatur ein bis zwei Tage oder im K\u00fchlschrank bis zu 5 Tage aufbewahren.
