Dadurch gehen jedoch mehr N\u00e4hrstoffe verloren als bei der Variante mit kaltem Wasser.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dann die Cashewkerne in einem Mixer so lange p\u00fcrieren, bis sie glatt und cremig sind, dabei Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen (siehe Verh\u00e4ltnis unten). Bei Bedarf eine Pause einlegen und die Seiten des Mixers abkratzen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles gut vermischt ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Das Verh\u00e4ltnis von Cashews zu Fl\u00fcssigkeit<\/h3>\n<p>Die Menge der Fl\u00fcssigkeit, die du in den Mixer gibst, h\u00e4ngt von deiner gew\u00fcnschten Verwendung ab. Am besten f\u00e4ngt man mit weniger an und erh\u00f6ht die Menge nach Bedarf.
