Man kann sie zur Arbeit, Schule oder auf Reisen mitnehmen. Ich nenne diese Energiekugeln auch Powerballs, denn ich merke, dass sie mir sofort etwas Power verleihen, sobald ich sie esse.<\/p>\n<p>Sie enthalten nur ausgewogene Zutaten, gesunde Kohlenhydrate, Fette und Eiwei\u00df, keinen verarbeiteten Zutaten und keinen raffinierten Zucker! Du kannst sie dann noch weiter verfeinern, indem du sie in Kakaopulver, Matcha-Pulver, in Kokosflocken usw. rollst. Ich habe meine Energiekugeln in Kokosraspeln gerollt, da ich Kokos \u00fcber alles liebe!<\/p>\n<p>Stell dir vor, du isst leckere <strong>Schoko-Bliss-Balls<\/strong>, klingt doch toll, oder?! Oder wie w\u00e4re es mit <strong>Erdnussbutter-Kugeln<\/strong>? Um mehr \u00fcber die gesundheitlichen Vorteile von Maulbeeren zu erfahren, lies dir <a href=\"https:\/\/draxe.com\/nutrition\/mulberry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">diesen informativen Artikel<\/a> durch. Du hast keine Maulbeeren? Kein Grund zur Sorge! Du kannst sie weglassen und stattdessen insgesamt 120 g Datteln und 130 g Sonnenblumenkerne benutzen. Alle anderen Zutaten bleiben gleich (siehe Rezeptkarte unten).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sonnenblumenkerne<\/strong> &#8211; Sie enthalten viel Vitamin E, Kupfer, Vitamin B1, B3, B6, Fols\u00e4ure, Magnesium, Phosphor, Selen, Zink und Eiwei\u00df.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datteln<\/strong> &#8211; Datteln liefern sofortige Energie, da sie gesunde Kohlenhydrate enthalten und Hafer reich an Mangan ist. Ich habe Deglet Nour Datteln verwendet, aber Medjool-Datteln sind auch v\u00f6llig in Ordnung.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Haferflocken<\/strong> &#8211; Verwende glutenfreie Haferflocken, falls erforderlich. Ein toller Snack mit nur 5 Zutaten! #energiekugeln #energyballs #blissballs #veganersnack #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Energiekugeln selber machen &#8211; Schritt-F\u00fcr-Schritt<\/h2>\n<p>Dies ist zweifelsohne eines der einfachsten Rezepte auf meinem Blog, da es nur 5 Zutaten enth\u00e4lt, die lediglich in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine verarbeitet und zwischen den H\u00e4nden zu Kugeln gerollt werden m\u00fcssen. Das war&#8217;s, in 5 Minuten ist es fertig.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zuerst alle Zutaten bis auf die Datteln und den Vanilleextrakt in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine (Zerkleinerer) f\u00fcr ca. 10-20 Sekunden mixen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Datteln und den Vanilleextrakt hinzuf\u00fcgen und erneut mixen, bis die Masse zusammenh\u00e4lt, wenn du sie zwischen deinen Fingern zerdr\u00fcckst. Wenn sie zu trocken ist, f\u00fcgen noch ein paar Datteln hinzu.<\/li>\n<li>Als N\u00e4chstes etwa 1 Essl\u00f6ffel (20 Gramm) der Mischung verwenden, um eine Kugel zwischen den H\u00e4nden zu rollen. Nimm stattdessen einfach beliebige andere Trockenfr\u00fcchte, z. B. getrocknete Feigen, getrocknete Aprikosen usw. Ich habe einmal Aprikosen-Bliss-Balls gemacht und fand das Ergebnis toll!<\/p>\n<h3>Kann man die Maulbeeren weglassen?<\/h3>\n<p>Ja, das geht. Die getrockneten Maulbeeren f\u00fcgen etwas S\u00fc\u00dfe hinzu, daher musst du die Menge der Datteln erh\u00f6hen (verwende 120 Gramm), aber du musst auch 60 Gramm mehr Samen oder N\u00fcsse hinzuf\u00fcgen (insg. 130 Gramm).<\/p>\n<h3>Lassen sich die Energiekugeln einfrieren?<\/h3>\n<p>Ich verdopple oft das Rezept und friere Reste in Frischhaltebeuteln ein!
