Einfach bis zum Belegen vorbereiten, dann den fertigen Pizzaboden abk\u00fchlen lassen, in einen gro\u00dfen Ziplock-Beutel f\u00fcllen und bis zu 3 Monate einfrieren. Sobald du dann Lust auf eine gesunde Fitness Pizza hast, kannst du sie aus dem Gefrierfach nehmen und 8-10 Minuten aufbacken, mit den Toppings deiner Wahl belegen und weitere 12-15 Minuten knusprig backen.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst den vorgebackenen Pizzaboden auch einen Tag lang im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen, bevor du ihn belegst und backst, wobei sich die Backzeit um einige Minuten verl\u00e4ngert, da der Teig kalt ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren:<\/strong> Wenn die Pizza fertig belegt und gebacken ist, empfehle ich, sie sofort zu essen, denn dann hat sie die beste Konsistenz. Eine italienische Gew\u00fcrzmischung w\u00fcrde auch funktionieren. F\u00fcr mehr Sch\u00e4rfe etwas rote Chiliflocken dazugeben. Zum Schluss noch etwas Hefeflocken f\u00fcr einen w\u00fcrzigen, k\u00e4sigen Umami-Geschmack.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich gekochte Kartoffeln verwenden?<\/h3>\n<p>Es ist zwar m\u00f6glich, Kartoffelp\u00fcree f\u00fcr die Herstellung eines Pizzateigs zu verwenden, aber das Verh\u00e4ltnis der Zutaten muss angepasst werden, und du wirst auch zus\u00e4tzliche Kartoffelst\u00e4rke ben\u00f6tigen. Au\u00dferdem wird die Textur nicht dieselbe sein.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich einen Low Carb Pizzateig aus Kartoffeln herstellen?<\/h3>\n<p>Du k\u00f6nntest einen Teil der Kartoffeln durch geriebenen Blumenkohl ersetzen, wodurch der Pizzateig kalorienarm und low carb wird, aber ich habe das noch nicht ausprobiert.
