Stattdessen empfehle ich dir diese gesunden M\u00fcsliriegel selber zu machen, die deinen K\u00f6rper mit wichtigen N\u00e4hrstoffen (Vitaminen und Mineralien) versorgen. Hafer liefert viele Ballaststoffe, die l\u00e4nger satt halten. Hirse- oder Quinoaflocken k\u00f6nnten auch funktionieren, aber ich habe es noch nicht ausprobiert.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leinsamen-Ei:<\/strong> Eine Mischung aus gemahlenen Leinsamen (oder Chiasamen) und Wasser ergibt einen Ei-Ersatz, der die Powerriegel bindet. Au\u00dferdem enthalten Leinsamen auch Eiwei\u00df.<\/li>\n<li><strong>N\u00fcsse\/Kerne:<\/strong> Du kannst jede beliebige Kombination von rohen, ungesalzenen N\u00fcssen und\/oder Samen\/Kernen verwenden. D.h. Sonnenblumenkerne, K\u00fcrbiskerne, Hanfsamen, Erdn\u00fcsse, Mandeln, Waln\u00fcsse, Pekann\u00fcsse, usw. Sie liefern reichlich Omega-3-Fetts\u00e4uren und pflanzliches Eiwei\u00df.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tahini:<\/strong> Tahini bindet, hat einen cremigen, leicht bitteren Geschmack und liefert Eiwei\u00df und herzgesunde Fette. Es kann jedoch jedes andere fl\u00fcssige Kern- oder Nussmus benutzt werden, wie z.B. Sonnenblumenkernmus, Cashewmus, Mandelmus. Hier sind ein paar Zutaten, mit denen du verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen und Texturen ausprobieren kannst.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gepuffte Quinoa oder Reis:<\/strong> In Kombination mit den Haferflocken, f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliche Knusprigkeit und mehr Ballaststoffe und Mikron\u00e4hrstoffe in den glutenfreien M\u00fcsliriegeln.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt:<\/strong> Ein Spritzer reine Vanille sorgt f\u00fcr den besten (nicht k\u00fcnstlichen) Geschmack in diesen Energieriegeln.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Andere Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> K\u00fcrbisgew\u00fcrz, Muskatnuss usw. ist ein sch\u00f6nes Herbst-\/Wintergew\u00fcrz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitrusschalen:<\/strong> Zitronen- oder Orangenschalen verleihen den gesunden M\u00fcsli-Riegeln einen subtilen Zitrusgeschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosraspeln:<\/strong> Roh oder leicht ger\u00f6stet (ich bevorzuge letzteres). Sie verleihen den Riegeln Struktur und einen feinen Geschmack. Ich empfehle, nur ein paar Essl\u00f6ffel (2-4 Essl\u00f6ffel) hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vegane Schokolade:<\/strong> Entweder ein paar Mini-Schokodrops (auf Wunsch auch zuckerfrei) oder <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-weisse-schokolade\/\"><strong>vegane wei\u00dfe Schokolade<\/strong><\/a>.
