Sie sind aber auch perfekt f\u00fcr Leute, die keinen Ofen haben oder backfreie Leckereien gegen\u00fcber gebackenen Desserts bevorzugen. Die Herstellung dieser Mini-Kokos K\u00fcchlein ist denkbar einfach und erfordert nur wenige Zutaten!<\/p>\n<h2>Wie macht man Kokos Cups?<\/h2>\n<p>Ich bevorzuge es, diese Cups in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine (Zerkleinerer) zuzubereiten. Der Vorgang ist sehr schnell und einfach!<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 1:<\/strong> Alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Schokoladenschicht in einen Zerkleinerer geben. Das Rezept ist vegan, glutenfrei, kohlenhydratarm und frei von raffiniertem Zucker. #kokoscups #kokosbecher #veganesdessert #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Hilfreiche Tipps<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Ich empfehle die Verwendung einer <strong>Silikonform<\/strong>, da dies das Ausformen des Desserts erheblich erleichtert.<\/li>\n<li>Ich habe ein paar <strong>Kokosnuss-Chips<\/strong> obendrauf gegeben, aber du kannst auch Kakaonibs, milchfreie Schokoladen-Chips verwenden oder die Kokosnuss T\u00f6rtchen einfach so lassen wie sie sind!<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst <strong>Medjool-Datteln<\/strong> anstelle von Deglet Nour-Datteln verwenden. Die Datteln sollten weich und saftig sein.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn du keine Muffinform hast, kannst du stattdessen einfach eine <strong>Tarteform<\/strong> nehmen, um eine Kokos Tarte zu machen.<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst <strong>jedes beliebige fl\u00fcssige S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel<\/strong> deiner Wahl verwenden. Einige Beispiele sind Ahornsirup, Agavendicksaft, Reismalzsirup, Dattelsirup usw.<\/li>\n<li>Bewahre die Kokos T\u00f6rtchen im <strong>K\u00fchlschrank<\/strong> auf (bis zu 5-6 Tage) oder im <strong>Gefrierschrank<\/strong> (bis zu 2 Monate).
