Andernfalls solltest du sie zuerst einweichen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kakaopulver:<\/strong> (optional) Bei Verwendung von Pistazien ist es besser, auf Kakao zu verzichten, aber Cashewkerne, Erdn\u00fcsse und Sonnenblumenkerne schmecken sowohl mit als auch ohne Kakao gut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokos\u00f6l:<\/strong>\u00a0Das Kokos\u00f6l wird beim Abk\u00fchlen fest und hilft, den Teig zusammenzuhalten. Mandelfrischk\u00e4se), veganen Quark oder meinen selbstgemachten\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kichererbsen-tofu\/\"><strong>Kichererbsen-Seidentofu<\/strong><\/a> nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokoscreme:<\/strong> Verwende entweder eine Packung Kokosnusscreme oder sch\u00f6pfe die dicke Creme aus einer gek\u00fchlten Dose Vollfett-Kokosmilch ab.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agar-Agar:<\/strong> Zum Andicken der K\u00e4sekuchen-F\u00fcllung. Bitte 100 % reines Agar-Agar f\u00fcr diesen Himbeerkuchen ohne Backen nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Jeder Sirup ist geeignet, z. B. Ahornsirup, brauner Reissirup, Agavendicksaft usw. Passe die Menge nach Geschmack an.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft:<\/strong> Oder Limettensaft. Ich benutze lieber frischen Saft, als Saft aus der Flasche.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt:<\/strong> Verwende nat\u00fcrliche Vanille (nicht k\u00fcnstliche), um den besten Geschmack zu erzielen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Himbeeren:<\/strong> Ich bevorzuge frische Himbeeren, f\u00fcr den besten Geschmack, die beste Farbe und die beste Konsistenz. Au\u00dferdem eine 15-cm-Springform am Boden mit Backpapier auslegen und die Seiten leicht ein\u00f6len.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die N\u00fcsse\/Kerne, Haferflocken und das Kakaopulver (falls verwendet) in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine zerkleinern, bis die Mischung eine leicht kr\u00fcmelige Konsistenz hat. Die Datteln und das Kokos\u00f6l hinzugeben und zu einem kr\u00fcmeligen Teig verarbeiten. Er sollte zusammenhalten, wenn man ihn mit den Fingern zusammendr\u00fcckt.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig in die vorbereitete Form geben und mit den Fingern oder einer Tasse nach unten dr\u00fccken, um den Teig gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig zu verteilen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Optional kannst du auch einige Himbeeren auf dem Kuchenboden verteilen (so wie ich es gemacht habe).
