Sie wurden traditionell mit der Hand oder einem L\u00f6ffel geformt und \u00e4hneln der Form von Spatzen, obwohl es heute verschiedene Methoden gibt, die Nudeln zu formen, darunter auch eine spezielle Sp\u00e4tzlemaschine.<\/p>\n<p>Bei diesem Rezept verzichte ich auf die traditionellen Zutaten und verwende stattdessen ein glutenfreies, eifreies, veganes Sp\u00e4tzle-Rezept, aus proteinreichem Kichererbsenmehl. Du kannst auch Pfeilwurzelmehl verwenden, aber ich empfehle keine Speisest\u00e4rke, da die Sp\u00e4tzle dann etwas breiig werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Um den veganen Sp\u00e4tzleteig zu w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kurkuma:<\/strong> (Optional) Kurkumapulver verleiht den eifreien Sp\u00e4tzle die traditionelle goldene Farbe, die sie normalerweise durch Eigelb erhalten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzenmilch:<\/strong> Jede pflanzliche Milch ist geeignet. D.h. Mandelmilch, Sojamilch, Cashewmilch, usw. Der Unterschied liegt in ihrer Form.
