Sie eignen sich f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-pilzsuppe\/\"><strong>Suppen<\/strong><\/a>, Eint\u00f6pfe, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganes-pilzrisotto-cremiges-rezept\/\">Risotto<\/a><\/strong>, sowie f\u00fcr schnelle, schmackhafte und einfache Nudelgerichte.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe bereits eine <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/soja-geschnetzeltes\/\"><strong>cremige Pilzsauce<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/pilz-stroganoff-rezept-vegan-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>veganes Pilz-Stroganoff<\/strong><\/a> und mehrere andere gesunde Champignon-Rezepte vorgestellt. Diese Champignon-Pasta ist nicht nur schnell und einfach zubereitet, du kannst sie auch mit oder ohne Sahne kochen (f\u00fcr eine leichte und gesunde oder eine reichhaltige und herzhafte Champignon-Pasta-Sauce). Du kannst auch mit anderen Pilzsorten experimentieren (z. B. Shiitake, Austernpilze, Portobello, Enoki usw.), um eine andere Geschmacksintensit\u00e4t zu erzielen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lauch:<\/strong> Verwende eine gro\u00dfe Stange Lauch. Falls du keinen Lauch findest, kannst du stattdessen auch eine normale gelbe Zwiebel (fein gew\u00fcrfelt) verwenden, aber der Geschmack ist dann anders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauchzehen:<\/strong> Oder notfalls Knoblauchpulver verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tamari:<\/strong> Oder Kokos-Aminos (oder Sojasauce).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche ODER veganer Wei\u00dfwein:<\/strong> Wein verleiht dem Gericht mehr Tiefe und F\u00fclle, kann aber auch durch Br\u00fche (normal oder natriumreduziert) ersetzt werden, falls gew\u00fcnscht (oder verwende haupts\u00e4chlich Br\u00fche mit einem Spritzer Wei\u00dfwein, um die Pfanne vorher abzul\u00f6schen).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vegane Sahne:<\/strong> (Optional) Wenn du eine cremige Pilzso\u00dfe m\u00f6chtest, verwende vegane Sahne\/Creme wie z. B. Sojasahne, Cashewcreme, Hafercuisine oder Vollfett-Kokosmilch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> F\u00fcr diese leckeren Nudeln mit Pilzen, brauchst du nur Salz, schwarzen Pfeffer und rote Chiliflocken (passe die Menge nach Geschmack an oder lass sie weg).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft:<\/strong> Er verleiht diesem schnellen Pasta-Rezept einen besonderen Pfiff. Andere frische Kr\u00e4uter wie Petersilie, Thymian oder Schnittlauch sind ebenfalls geeignet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oliven\u00f6l:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes neutrales Speise\u00f6l wie Avocado\u00f6l.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veganer Parmesan:<\/strong> Zum Garnieren der Pilzpfanne kann <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-parmesan\/\"><strong>veganer Parmesan<\/strong><\/a> oder auch Hefeflocken verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nudeln:<\/strong> Egal, welche Art. Ich habe Pappardelle benutzt. F\u00fcr eine cremige Pilzsauce kann auch pflanzliche Sahne\/Creme hinzugef\u00fcgt werden.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Schluss die gekochten Nudeln dazugeben und alles gut durchmischen.
