Aber jetzt, wo der Sommer vor der T\u00fcr steht, habe ich Lust auf etwas Fruchtiges, und da kommt dieses k\u00f6stliche Erdbeereis-Rezept gerade recht!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr dieses Rezept braucht man nur f\u00fcnf Zutaten und es ist kinderleicht zuzubereiten. Einfach die Mischung p\u00fcrieren und einfrieren, bis sie sich l\u00f6ffeln l\u00e4sst! Das Ergebnis ist wunderbar cremig und voller Erdbeergeschmack.<\/p>\n<p>Im Gegensatz zum Speiseeis aus dem Supermarkt enth\u00e4lt diese gesunde Erdbeer-Eiscreme keinerlei Milchprodukte und auch keine Stabilisatoren, Zusatzstoffe oder chemischen Aromen. Du kannst TK-Erdbeeren verwenden ODER sie frisch kaufen und selbst einfrieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Dieses Rezept w\u00fcrde auch mit anderen Beeren (oder einer Kombination von Beeren) und anderen cremigen Fr\u00fcchten wie Pfirsich und Mango funktionieren.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> Verwende Vollfett-Kokosmilch aus der Dose f\u00fcr das cremigste vegane Erdbeereis.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cashewkerne:<\/strong> Selbstgemachtes Eis aus Cashewkernen ist herrlich cremig. Benutze rohe, ungesalzene Cashews. Alternativ kannst du f\u00fcr eine Cashew-freie Version 200 g pflanzliche Sahne\/ Creme wie Hafercuisine nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt:<\/strong> Verwende nat\u00fcrliche Vanille, um den besten Geschmack zu erzielen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel (z. B. Agavendicksaft) und passe die Menge nach Geschmack an. Alternativ k\u00f6nntest du die Erdbeer-Eiscreme-Mischung in Eisw\u00fcrfelformen f\u00fcllen und in dunkle Schokolade tauchen.<\/p>\n<h2>Aufbewahrungshinweise<\/h2>\n<p>Nach dem P\u00fcrieren und erneuten Einfrieren, kannst du das vegane Erdbeereis direkt genie\u00dfen oder es in einem luftdicht verschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter (um Gefrierbrand zu vermeiden) f\u00fcr <strong>1-2 Wochen<\/strong> aufbewahren, um die beste Konsistenz und den besten Geschmack zu erhalten. Einfach die ersten beiden Schritte des Rezepts befolgen, dann die gesunde Erdbeereismischung in eine Eismaschine geben und diese erledigt den Rest! Plane die Zeit ein, die die Sch\u00fcssel zum Gefrieren braucht, und achte darauf, dass du sie nicht \u00fcberf\u00fcllst.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich frische Erdbeeren verwenden?<\/h3>\n<p>Gefrorene Erdbeeren lassen das Eis schneller gefrieren und sorgen f\u00fcr eine bessere Textur. Frische Beeren funktionieren auch, k\u00f6nnten aber ein eisigeres Ergebnis liefern, es sei denn, die Basis wird gut gek\u00fchlt. Um Eiskristalle zu vermeiden, die Erdbeeren klein schneiden, einige Minuten in der Pfanne zu einem Kompott einkochen, \u00fcbersch\u00fcssiges Wasser verdampfen lassen und danach vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n<h3>Wie wird selbstgemachtes Eis weniger eisig?<\/h3>\n<p>Fett (z.\u202fB. Kokosmilch und Cashews), Zucker (besonders fl\u00fcssiger Zucker) und ein kleiner Schuss Alkohol (1\u20132 EL pro Liter) helfen, die cremigste, weichste Konsistenz zu erreichen, da sie den Gefrierpunkt senken und Eiskristalle reduzieren.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du Fett oder Zucker reduzieren willst, kannst du 1\u20132 TL Speisest\u00e4rke verwenden (mit ein wenig Wasser vermischt einr\u00fchren, die Masse eindicken lassen, abk\u00fchlen und dann einfrieren). Alternativ kannst du 1\/8\u20131\/4 TL Xanthan in die Basis geben, mixen und einige Minuten ruhen lassen, bevor du die Masse einfrierst.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich das Eis zuckerfrei machen?<\/h3>\n<p>Ja, indem du alternative S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Xylit oder Erythrit verwendest. Allerdings kann das Eis dadurch eisiger werden.
