Z. B. Cremini-Pilze, Champignons, Portobello-Pilze, usw. Du kannst auch Shiitake oder Austernpilze mit Champignons kombinieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aromen:<\/strong> Diese Pilzcremesuppe wird mit frischem Knoblauch und Zwiebeln gew\u00fcrzt. Notfalls kann man auch Zwiebel- und Knoblauchpulver verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l:<\/strong> Ich habe Pflanzen\u00f6l verwendet, aber jedes geschmacksneutrale Speise\u00f6l ist geeignet. Du kannst anstelle von \u00d6l auch vegane Butter oder eine Kombination aus beidem benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kr\u00e4uter:<\/strong> frischer Thymian und Estragon (oder Rosmarin).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche:<\/strong> Verwende normale oder natriumarme Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wei\u00dfwein:<\/strong> Nimm einen veganen Wei\u00dfwein oder mehr Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche f\u00fcr eine alkoholfreie Version.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vegane Sahne\/ Creme:<\/strong> Jede kann benutzt werden. D.h. Cashewcreme, Sojacreme, Hafercreme, Kokoscreme\/Vollfett-Kokosnussmilch aus der Dose, usw. Du kannst auch Pflanzenmilch anstelle von Sahne\/ Creme nehmen, aber die Pilzsuppe wird dann nicht wirklich cremig sein.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verdickungsmittel:<\/strong> F\u00fcr die Zubereitung dieser Champignoncremesuppe kannst du Speisest\u00e4rke (Maisst\u00e4rke) oder Pfeilwurzelmehl verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz und schwarzer Pfeffer:<\/strong> Nach Geschmack w\u00fcrzen. Wenn du mehr Umami-Tiefe m\u00f6chtest, kannst du (glutenfreie) Sojasauce anstelle des Salzes nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft:<\/strong> Serviere die Suppe mit einem Spritzer Zitrone, das verleiht ihr eine wunderbare Frische und Geschmackstiefe. Anstelle von Zitronensaft kann auch Apfelessig oder Sherry-Essig verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Petersilie:<\/strong> Frische Petersilie zum Garnieren (optional, aber sehr empfehlenswert).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Optionale Zus\u00e4tze:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Muskatnuss:<\/strong> Muskatnuss ist ein klassischer Zusatz zur Champignonsuppe. Schon eine Prise verleiht ihr eine gewisses Aroma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e4ucherpaprika:<\/strong> F\u00fcr einen subtilen, rauchigen Geschmack. Nach Geschmack hinzugeben.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sch\u00e4rfe:<\/strong> Eine Prise Chili oder Cayennepfeffer, verleiht dieser Pilzcremesuppe eine dezente Sch\u00e4rfe.
