Neben der klassischen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/gesunde-linsensuppe-einfaches-rezept\/\"><strong>Linsensuppe<\/strong><\/a> liebe ich einfache, aber k\u00f6stliche Linsenbeilagen wie <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/rote-linsen-bratlinge\/\"><strong>Linsenbratlinge<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/mujaddara-reis-linsen-rezept\/\"><strong>Mujaddara<\/strong><\/a> (Linsen und Reis) und sogar <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/eiweissbrot-rezept\/\"><strong>Linsen-Eiwei\u00dfbrot<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Rezept f\u00fcr Linsensalat kombiniert zarte Linsen mit frischem, knackigem Gem\u00fcse wie Gurken, Tomaten, roten Zwiebeln, Radieschen und ein wenig S\u00fc\u00dfe durch \u00c4pfel. Linsen aus dem Glas sind ebenfalls geeignet und m\u00fcssen nicht gekocht werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche:<\/strong> Nimm eine fertige Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche, mit Wasser anger\u00fchrtes Bouillon-Pulver oder einfach nur Wasser.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Dieser Linsensalat besteht aus mehreren frischen Gem\u00fcsesorten, darunter:\n<ul>\n<li>Persische Gurken. Sch\u00e4len und Entkernen ist nicht erforderlich, sofern nicht gew\u00fcnscht<\/li>\n<li>Paprika<\/li>\n<li>Kirschtomaten<\/li>\n<li>Rote Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>Radieschen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rucola:<\/strong> Wenn du kein Fan von Rucola bist, kannst du auch anderes Blattgem\u00fcse wie R\u00f6mersalat oder Gr\u00fcnkohl nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Petersilie:<\/strong> Am besten eignet sich glatte Petersilie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apfel:<\/strong> Oder Birne. Wenn du keine Salate mit s\u00fc\u00dfem und herzhaftem Geschmack magst, lass ihn weg.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kerne:<\/strong> Ich habe Sonnenblumenkerne verwendet, aber auch K\u00fcrbiskerne, Hanfsamen oder eine K\u00f6rnermischung w\u00e4ren geeignet.
