Ich habe auch Erdn\u00fcsse hinzugef\u00fcgt, aber f\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version kannst du auch mehr Samen\/Kerne oder N\u00fcsse deiner Wahl nehmen &#8211; Pistazien, Waln\u00fcsse, Pekann\u00fcsse usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Sonnenblumenkerne:<\/strong> Oder verwende stattdessen gemahlene Mandeln.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trockenfr\u00fcchte:<\/strong> Ich habe eine Kombination aus Rosinen und getrockneten Cranberries benutzt, aber auch andere Trockenfr\u00fcchte wie Blaubeeren, Aprikosen oder fein gehackte Datteln sind geeignet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tahin:<\/strong> Ich benutze gerne Tahin, aber jedes (d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssige) Nuss- oder Kernmus sollte funktionieren (z. B. Mandelmus, Cashewmus, Sonnenblumenkernmus usw.).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zimt:<\/strong> Nur eine Prise verleiht eine wunderbare Note. Du kannst auch Muskatnuss, K\u00fcrbisgew\u00fcrz, Kardamom usw. hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dattelpaste:<\/strong> Diese wird zum S\u00fc\u00dfen der zuckerfreien Kekse verwendet. Wenn du sie nicht im Supermarkt findest, kannst du sie auch selbst herstellen, indem du Datteln mit etwas Wasser zu einer Paste p\u00fcrierst.
