Die kleinen Kartoffeln hinzugeben und sicherstellen, dass sie mit Wasser bedeckt sind.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die Hitze auf ein K\u00f6cheln reduzieren und 15 Minuten lang kochen, bis sie gar sind. Zum R\u00f6sten der Babykartoffeln diese auf einem Backblech ausbreiten (ganz oder halbiert) und mit \u00d6l und Salz betr\u00e4ufeln.<\/p>\n<p>Dann im unteren Teil des vorgeheizten Ofens bei 200C f\u00fcr 20-25 Minuten backen, oder bis sie weich sind. Das Blech alle 5 Minuten sch\u00fctteln, um ein Anbrennen zu vermeiden.
