Stattdessen sind sie vollgepackt mit Kichererbsen und einer Extraportion Gem\u00fcse, dank des Brokkolis; eine Vorspeise oder Beilage, die den K\u00f6rper mit wichtigen N\u00e4hrstoffen versorgt.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe schon immer veganes Fingerfood und Snacks geliebt wie diese <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/gemuesebratlinge-rezept-glutenfrei\/\">Gem\u00fcsebratlinge<\/a><\/strong> oder diese <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-bratlinge-mit-blumenkohl-rezept\/\">Blumenkohl-Bratlinge<\/a><\/strong>. Mit diesen Brokkoli-Bratlingen, kommen jetzt auch Nugget-Liebhaber und <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/falafel-rezept-vegan\/\">Falafel<\/a><\/strong>-Fans auf ihre Kosten. Die Kombination aus Kichererbsen und Haferflocken sorgt f\u00fcr eine gute Konsistenz, ein vollst\u00e4ndiges Aminos\u00e4urenprofil und h\u00e4lt dich l\u00e4nger satt!<\/p>\n<p>Dieser Leckerbissen wird auch von Gem\u00fcsemuffeln in wenigen Minuten verschlungen &#8211; entweder mit einem Dip, in einem Wrap oder anderweitig! Du kannst stattdessen auch selbst gekochte Kichererbsen verwenden und einen Teil der Kochfl\u00fcssigkeit aufheben.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brokkoli:<\/strong> Entweder einen ganzen Brokkoli-Kopf und ihn in R\u00f6schen zerteilen oder vorgeschnittenen Brokkoli verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rote Zwiebel:<\/strong> Ich bevorzuge den Geschmack roter Zwiebeln, aber auch gelbe\/wei\u00dfe Zwiebeln eignen sich f\u00fcr diese Veggie-Nuggets.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Hierf\u00fcr verwende ich frische Knoblauchzehen, aber auch Knoblauchpulver ist eine gute Wahl. Die Menge je nach Geschmack anpassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hafermehl:<\/strong> Du kannst es bei Bedarf selbst herstellen, indem du Haferflocken in einem Mixer oder einer elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle zu einer mehligen Konsistenz mahlst. Dies hilft, die ei- und glutenfreien Bratlinge zu binden. Falls n\u00f6tig, sollten zertifiziert glutenfreie Haferflocken verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> F\u00fcr diese Gem\u00fcse-Nuggets wird eine einfache, aber geschmackvolle Mischung aus N\u00e4hrhefe mit R\u00e4ucherpaprika, sowie Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer benutzt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Semmelbr\u00f6sel:<\/strong> Als Paniermehl kann normales oder Panko-Paniermehl verwendet werden; auf Wunsch auch glutenfreies Paniermehl. Falls du keine Semmelbr\u00f6sel verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch einfach meine <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/polenta-pommes-rezept-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>selbstgemachte Panade<\/strong><\/a> herstellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Du brauchst au\u00dferdem etwas \u00d6lspray.<\/p>\n<h3>Optionale Zus\u00e4tze:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>N\u00fcsse\/Kerne:<\/strong> F\u00fcr eine etwas reichhaltigere Panade, k\u00f6nnen einige fein gemahlenen Samen\/Kerne\/N\u00fcsse in die Paniermehlmischung geben werden (Chia-\/Leinsamen, K\u00fcrbiskerne, Sonnenblumenkerne, usw.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Kichererbsen sind manchmal etwas fad. Ich habe f\u00fcr diese Kichererbsen-Bratlinge eine einfache Gew\u00fcrzmischung verwendet. Es gibt jedoch eine Vielzahl von Gew\u00fcrzen, aus denen man w\u00e4hlen kann. Cajun-Gew\u00fcrz, Currypulver, italienisches Gew\u00fcrz, Cayennepfeffer, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Zwiebelpulver usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kr\u00e4uter:<\/strong> F\u00fcr eine Falafel-\u00e4hnliche Note kannst du eine Handvoll Petersilie und\/oder Koriander unter die Brokkoli-Nuggets mischen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Andere Gem\u00fcsesorten:<\/strong> Du kannst den Brokkoli austauschen oder eine Kombination von verschiedenen Gem\u00fcsesorten verwenden. M\u00f6glich sind z. Dann das Hafermehl hinzuf\u00fcgen und weitere 2-3 Mal pulsieren, bis alles gut vermischt ist. Sie sollte immer noch eine gewisse Textur haben und nicht matschig sein.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Mischung in 16 Portionen teilen und diese mit der Hand zu Nuggets formen. Es gibt hierf\u00fcr zwei M\u00f6glichkeiten:<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse:<\/strong> Den Frittierkorb mit etwas \u00d6lspray bespr\u00fchen, dann die Nuggets in einer einzelnen Schicht mit etwas Abstand dazwischen verteilen. Wenn du sie aus dem Gefrierfach zubereitest, musst du die Backzeit um einige Minuten verl\u00e4ngern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren<\/strong>: Diese veganen Nuggets sind direkt aus dem Ofen\/der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse am knusprigsten. Du kannst jedoch Reste (vollst\u00e4ndig abgek\u00fchlt) in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr 4-5 Tage aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Die Gem\u00fcsenuggets abk\u00fchlen lassen, auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Backblech ausbreiten und einfrieren, bis sie fest sind (1-2 Stunden). Die Brokkoli-Bratlinge anschlie\u00dfend in einen luftdichten Ziplock-Beutel oder Beh\u00e4lter geben und bis zu 3 Monate einfrieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wieder aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Im Ofen oder in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse, f\u00fcr ein paar Minuten oder in einer Pfanne mit etwas \u00d6l aufw\u00e4rmen. Ich habe es jedoch nicht ausprobiert und kann daher nicht f\u00fcr das Ergebnis garantieren.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich die Kichererbsen-Bratlinge auch ohne eine K\u00fcchenmaschine zubereiten?<\/h3>\n<p>Ja, du kannst stattdessen einen Kartoffelstampfer verwenden und den Brokkoli fein reiben und die Zwiebel sehr fein hacken. Es wird wahrscheinlich etwas st\u00fcckiger sein, aber es sollte trotzdem gut funktionieren. Falls die Mischung etwas zu trocken erscheint, kannst du einen L\u00f6ffel der Kichererbsenfl\u00fcssigkeit zu der Mischung hinzugeben und sie mit den H\u00e4nden zu einem &#8222;Teig&#8220; vermengen.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann man vegane Nuggets auch in der Pfanne braten?<\/h3>\n<p>Ich habe es nicht ausprobiert, aber es k\u00f6nnte funktionieren.
