Ich habe schon ein paar ges\u00fcndere Varianten geteilt, wie meinen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-karottenkuchen-ohne-backen\/\"><strong>No-Bake M\u00f6hrenkuchen<\/strong><\/a> (ohne Industriezucker) oder meine leckeren <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/carrot-cake-energy-balls\/\"><strong>Carrot Cake Energy Balls<\/strong><\/a>. Aber dieser super saftige, vegane Karottenkuchen geh\u00f6rt definitiv zu meinen Favoriten. Wer sagt eigentlich, dass gesund nicht auch lecker sein kann?<\/p>\n<p>Dieser vegane und glutenfreie Kuchen zeigt, dass man wirklich alles haben kann: guten Geschmack, die perfekte Konsistenz und dazu noch Ballaststoffe und N\u00e4hrstoffe. Und das Beste \u2013 er ist ganz einfach zu machen! Alles, was du ben\u00f6tigst, ist eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel, eine Reibe (f\u00fcr die Karotten) und die folgenden Zutaten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Glutenfreie Mehlmischung:<\/strong> Ich habe eine Kombination aus Reismehl, St\u00e4rke und Kokosmehl verwendet. In den Rezept-Anmerkungen unten nenne ich ein paar Ersatz-Zutaten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Mandeln:<\/strong> Anstelle von gemahlenen Mandeln kannst du auch andere gemahlene N\u00fcsse\/Kerne (z.B. Haseln\u00fcsse, Cashewn\u00fcsse, Waln\u00fcsse, Sonnenblumenkerne usw.) benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrzmischung:<\/strong> Ich entschied mich f\u00fcr Zimt, Ingwer, Nelken und Muskatnuss. Sie verleihen dem veganen M\u00f6hrenkuchen einen wunderbaren Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Karotten:<\/strong> Sie sollten fein gerieben werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch aus der Dose: <\/strong>Du kannst entweder Vollfett-Kokosmilch oder die light Variante nehmen. Alternativ kannst du deine liebste Pflanzenmilch wie z.B. <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/hafermilch-selber-machen\/\"><strong>Hafermilch<\/strong><\/a> verwenden und einfach 3 Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Jedes andere fl\u00fcssige S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Reissirup, Agavendicksaft usw. ist in Ordnung.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokos\u00f6l:<\/strong> Kann durch Raps\u00f6l ersetzt werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chia-Eier:<\/strong> Ideal als Ei-Ersatz. Du musst gemahlene Chiasamen und Wasser vermischen. Gemahlene Leinsamen sollten auch in Ordnung sein.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zuckerfreie Glasur:<\/strong> Ich habe einfach Erythrit-Pudezucker (du kannst normalen Puderzucker verwenden) mit etwas Zitronensaft und pflanzlicher Milch vermischt. Ich empfehle aber nicht, das ganze \u00d6l zu ersetzen, da sich sonst die Konsistenz negativ ver\u00e4ndern kann.<\/p>\n<h3>Backzeiten f\u00fcr Kastenform vs. runde Form<\/h3>\n<p>Ich habe diesen veganen Karottenkuchen sowohl in einer 20&#215;10 cm Kastenform als auch in einer 20 cm runden Form gebacken. Du kannst beides nach Belieben kombinieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schnelle Zubereitung:<\/strong> Mit der Reibscheibe eines Foodprocessors sind die Karotten in wenigen Sekunden fertig.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kuchen im Blick behalten:<\/strong> Du kannst diesen veganen Karottenkuchen in einer Kastenform oder in einer runden Form backen \u2013 die Backzeiten unterscheiden sich (siehe FAQs). Haseln\u00fcsse, Cashewn\u00fcsse, Waln\u00fcsse, Sonnenblumenkerne usw.) benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch aus der Dose: <\/strong>Du kannst entweder Vollfett-Kokosmilch oder die light Variante nehmen.
