Besonders im Sommer, wenn Zucchini im \u00dcberfluss wachsen, ist es praktisch, ein paar einfache und leckere Rezepte parat zu haben. Anschlie\u00dfend das geriebene Gem\u00fcse in einen Nussmilchbeutel (oder ein sauberes K\u00fcchentuch) geben und auswringen, um so viel \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Fl\u00fcssigkeit wie m\u00f6glich zu entfernen. Ziplock) bis zu 3 Monate aufbewahren. Zum Auftauen am besten \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank legen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wieder aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> F\u00fcr eine optimale Konsistenz die Zucchini-Kartoffel-Puffer entweder einige Minuten im Backofen\/der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse oder in einer Pfanne mit etwas \u00d6l wieder aufw\u00e4rmen. In der Mikrowelle sollten sie nicht aufgew\u00e4rmt werden, da sie sonst zu weich werden (&#8222;matschig&#8220;).
