Also habe ich ihr sofort dieses Rezept f\u00fcr eine einfache Zitronenvinaigrette (und auch mein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tahini-dressing\/\"><strong>Tahini-Dressing<\/strong><\/a>) geschickt, die in wenigen Minuten und mit minimalem Aufwand zubereitet ist! Gl\u00fccklicherweise ist sie begeistert!<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe dieses Vinaigrette-Rezept schon so verinnerlicht, dass ich gar nicht auf die Idee gekommen bin, mein Lieblingsrezept zu teilen. Ich m\u00f6chte jedoch zeigen, wie einfach es ist, zu Hause ein schmackhaftes, gesundes Salatdressing herzustellen, und denke, dass dies auch f\u00fcr andere hilfreich sein k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn man ein Salatdressing selbst herstellt, erh\u00e4lt man nicht nur einen besseren Geschmack, sondern es ist in der Regel auch preiswerter, und man kann auf unn\u00f6tige Zusatzstoffe und Konservierungsmittel verzichten. Au\u00dferdem kann man jede Komponente (einschlie\u00dflich des Salz- und Zuckergehalts) nach eigenem Geschmack anpassen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr diese Vinaigrette mit Senf und Zitrone ben\u00f6tigt man nur 6 Zutaten (plus Salz und Pfeffer), einige Minuten Zeit und ein paar einfache Arbeitsschritte (in einem Glas\/Becher verquirlen\/sch\u00fctteln oder mit einem Stabmixer p\u00fcrieren f\u00fcr ein cremigeres Ergebnis). Das Dressing ist zudem glutenfrei und ohne Milch.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft:<\/strong> Verwende frischen Zitronensaft (nicht den aus der Flasche), um den frischesten und kr\u00e4ftigsten Geschmack zu erhalten. Alternativ kannst du f\u00fcr eine traditionellere Vinaigrette auch Wei\u00dfweinessig nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oliven\u00f6l:<\/strong> Benutze ein hochwertiges natives Oliven\u00f6l f\u00fcr das beste Ergebnis und eine unglaubliche Geschmacksintensit\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dijon-Senf:<\/strong> Sorgt f\u00fcr eine leichte Sch\u00e4rfe und eine wunderbar w\u00fcrzige Tiefe. Au\u00dferdem hilft er, das Zitronen-Dressing zu emulgieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zucker:<\/strong> Ich habe Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker verwendet, aber du kannst auch jeden anderen Zucker (oder ein zuckerfreies S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel f\u00fcr eine low-carb Variante) deiner Wahl nehmen. Fl\u00fcssiger Sirup (z. B. Ahornsirup) funktioniert auch. Passe die Menge nach Geschmack an.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Ich habe eine frische Knoblauchzehe (gehackt oder gepresst) verwendet, um dem Dressing mehr W\u00fcrze zu verleihen, aber auch ger\u00f6steter Knoblauch eignet sich f\u00fcr diese Zitronen-Knoblauch-Vinaigrette (in gr\u00f6\u00dferer Menge, dickt aber das Dressing etwas an).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schnittlauch:<\/strong> Ich verwende gerne fein gehackte, frische Kr\u00e4uter. F\u00fcr diese Zitronen-Senf-Vinaigrette eignen sich jedoch mehrere Kr\u00e4uter, darunter frischer oder getrockneter (vorzugsweise aber frischer) Thymian, Oregano, Rosmarin, Dill, Petersilie, usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz und schwarzer Pfeffer:<\/strong> Die Menge nach Geschmack anpassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wasser (optional):<\/strong> F\u00fcr ein leichteres Zitronen-Dressing. Auf diese Weise schmeckt man bei jedem einzelnen Bissen die k\u00f6stlichen Aromen des Dressings.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich Zitronensaft aus der Flasche verwenden?<\/h3>\n<p>Ich empfehle es nicht, wobei es im Ausnahmefall m\u00f6glich ist. Frischer Zitronensaft ist wunderbar aromatisch und spritzig und somit perfekt f\u00fcr dieses einfache Oliven\u00f6l-Dressing.<\/p>\n<h3>Muss ich ein S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel hinzuf\u00fcgen?<\/h3>\n<p>Technisch gesehen, nein. Ich verwende ein Verh\u00e4ltnis von Zitronensaft zu Oliven\u00f6l von etwas mehr als 2:3, aber du kannst auch 1:3 oder sogar 3:3 verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Durchziehen lassen:<\/strong> Du kannst das Zitronen-Dressing zwar sofort verwenden, aber wenn du ihm (mindestens) 40-60 Minuten Zeit zum &#8222;Marinieren&#8220; gibst, verbinden sich die Zutaten und es schmeckt noch besser!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Aromen verfeinern:<\/strong> Einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften Vorteile von selbstgemachtem Salatdressing ist, dass sich das Geschmacksprofil leicht ver\u00e4ndern l\u00e4sst.
