Deshalb finde ich es echt verr\u00fcckt, dass ich diese beiden Zutaten nicht schon viel fr\u00fcher kombiniert habe. Auf meinem Blog findest du ja schon Rezepte f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/avocado-schokokuchen\/\"><strong>Avocado-Schokokuchen<\/strong><\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/avocado-schokopudding\/\"><strong>Avocado-Schokopudding<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 da wurde es wirklich Zeit f\u00fcr dieses cremige Avocado-Pesto! Es ist super schnell gemacht (in 5 Minuten!), braucht nur 7 einfache Zutaten und passt perfekt zu Pasta oder aufs Brot.<\/p>\n<p>Im Gegensatz zu klassischem Pesto, das oft viel \u00d6l und Parmesan enth\u00e4lt, kommt dieses Avocado-Pesto ganz ohne K\u00e4se aus und ben\u00f6tigt nur einen Hauch \u00d6l (oder du l\u00e4sst es komplett weg). Die cremige Konsistenz und das Aroma bleiben trotzdem erhalten. Au\u00dferdem enth\u00e4lt das Pesto keine N\u00fcsse und ersetzt teure Pinienkerne durch Hanfsamen. Du kannst aber auch andere frische Kr\u00e4uter wie Petersilie, Rucola, Koriander usw. ausprobieren, entweder einzeln oder als Mischung.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Samen:<\/strong> Klassisches Pesto nutzt Pinienkerne, aber durch die Avocado ist das Pesto schon sch\u00f6n buttrig. F\u00fcr eine Variante ohne Pinienkerne kannst du Hanfsamen, Sonnenblumenkerne oder K\u00fcrbiskerne nehmen. Der Geschmack ver\u00e4ndert sich dadurch nat\u00fcrlich.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hefeflocken:<\/strong> Verleihen dem veganen Avocado-Pesto einen k\u00e4sigen, umami Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Frischer Knoblauch bringt viel Geschmack, im Notfall funktioniert aber auch Knoblauchpulver.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oliven\u00f6l:<\/strong> F\u00fcr den besten Geschmack nimm ein hochwertiges natives Oliven\u00f6. So bleibt die Farbe frisch:<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00fchlschrank:<\/strong> In einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter oder Glas aufbewahren und die Oberfl\u00e4che mit einer d\u00fcnnen Schicht Oliven\u00f6l bedecken oder direkt mit Frischhaltefolie abdecken. Du kannst alles mit Messer und M\u00f6rser kleinhacken und von Hand zerreiben. Dann wird das Pesto aber etwas st\u00fcckiger.<\/p>\n<h3>Ist Avocado-Pesto eine leichtere Variante?<\/h3>\n<p>Ja! Klassisches Pesto enth\u00e4lt oft viel \u00d6l, K\u00e4se und reichhaltige Pinienkerne. Diese Version verzichtet auf K\u00e4se, nimmt nur wenig \u00d6l und ersetzt die Pinienkerne durch Hanfsamen, so wird\u2019s etwas leichter und trotzdem lecker.<\/p>\n<h3>Warum ist mein Pesto dunkel geworden?<\/h3>\n<p>Avocado und Basilikum dunkeln leider schnell durch Oxidation nach.
