Ich habe meinen selbstgemachten <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/glutenfreier-pizzateig-veganes-rezept\/\">glutenfreien Pizzateig<\/a><\/strong> f\u00fcr dieses leckere Knoblauchbrot mit K\u00e4se genommen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l:<\/strong> Nimm ein neutrales Speise\u00f6l (wie Oliven\u00f6l oder Avocado\u00f6l) oder geschmolzene vegane Butter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Ich habe 3 gehackte Knoblauchzehen benutzt, aber du kannst die Menge an deinen Geschmack anpassen. Notfalls kann man auch Knoblauchpulver einsetzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mozzarella:<\/strong> F\u00fcr dieses Pizzabrot mit Knoblauch habe ich selbstgemachten <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-mozzarella-kaese\/\">veganen Mozzarella<\/a><\/strong> benutzt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Diese k\u00e4sigen Breadsticks ben\u00f6tigen eine einfache Gew\u00fcrzmischung aus getrocknetem Oregano, Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zum Servieren:<\/strong> (Optional) du kannst das Pizzabrot mit frischen Kr\u00e4utern (z. B. Petersilie) garnieren und zudem mit Marinara-Sauce zum Dippen servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Optionale Zutaten &amp; Rezeptvariationen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Andere Kr\u00e4uter:<\/strong> Anstelle von (oder neben) Oregano kannst du auch Thymian oder Basilikum nehmen oder ihn durch italienische Gew\u00fcrze ersetzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Petersilie:<\/strong> Anstatt die frische Petersilie \u00fcber das gebackene Pizzabrot mit Knoblauch zu streuen, kannst du sie fein hacken und in das Knoblauch\u00f6l mischen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Andere K\u00e4sesorten:<\/strong> Verwende irgendeinen gut schmelzenden veganen K\u00e4se, wie Cheddar-K\u00e4se usw. Du kannst auch einen zus\u00e4tzlichen k\u00e4sigen Umami-Geschmack hinzuf\u00fcgen, indem du Hefeflocken oder <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-parmesan\/\">veganen Parmesan K\u00e4se<\/a><\/strong> \u00fcber das Pizzabrot streust.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oliven:<\/strong> Ein paar in Scheiben geschnittene Oliven verleihen diesem Partyfood einen salzigen, w\u00fcrzigen Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Mit einer Prise roter Chiliflocken oder fein geschnittenem Chili (z. B. Hierf\u00fcr einmal in der Mitte (der L\u00e4nge nach) und dann alle 3 bis 5 Zentimeter in der Breite durchschneiden. Du kannst den Pizzateig im Voraus zubereiten und im K\u00fchl- oder Gefrierschrank aufbewahren (die genauen Aufbewahrungsanweisungen unterscheiden sich je nach Art Pizzateigs).<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst auch den veganen Mozzarella und das Knoblauch\u00f6l\/die Butter-Mischung 2 Tage im Voraus zubereiten und abgedeckt im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren. Bringe sie vor der Verwendung wieder auf Raumtemperatur (oder erw\u00e4rme sie in der Mikrowelle).<\/p>\n<p>Alternativ kannst du auch das gesamte ungebackene Pizzabrot zubereiten und einen Tag lang abgedeckt im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren, bis du es backen m\u00f6chtest. Eventuell musst du ein oder zwei Minuten mehr Backzeit einplanen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren:<\/strong> Nach dem Backen empfehle ich, die Breadsticks frisch und sofort zu verzehren.
