Ich habe noch kein Rezept gefunden, das sich nicht leicht &#8222;veganisieren&#8220; l\u00e4sst und trotzdem genauso lecker schmeckt wie die traditionelle Version.<\/p>\n<p>Als ich mir diesmal vornahm, vegane Brownies zu machen, die wie traditionelle Brownies schmecken, dachte ich, ich h\u00e4tte alle H\u00e4nde voll zu tun. Doch es stellte sich heraus, dass es einfacher war, als ich erwartet hatte.<\/p>\n<p>Ich wei\u00df, ich wei\u00df, es ist nicht einfach Brownies ohne Ei und dann auch noch glutenfrei herzustellen. Jedoch meine ich es ernst, dass dies die besten gesunden Brownies sind, die ich bisher gemacht habe. Ich bin niemand, der beim Essen auf Geschmack verzichtet, und ich bin definitiv auch w\u00e4hlerisch, wenn es um die Textur geht. Diese geheime Zutat wird nicht mehr sehr geheim sein, da ich sie in einer Sekunde enth\u00fcllen werde, aber ich bin sicher, dass du nie erraten wirst, was es ist. Die meisten Leute denken vielleicht, ich h\u00e4tte schwarze Bohnen verwendet, aber nein.<\/p>\n<p>Die geheime Hauptzutat sind <strong>Erbsen<\/strong>! Ja, s\u00fc\u00dfe Erbsen aus der Dose oder aus dem Glas. Du fragst dich vielleicht, warum bittesch\u00f6n Erbsen &#8211; \u201espinnt die Ela jetzt komplett\u201c?!<\/p>\n<p>Nun, eigentlich wollte ich eines Tages Brownies aus schwarzen Bohnen machen, merkte aber, dass ich keine schwarzen Bohnen in meiner Speisekammer hatte, also schnappte ich mir die Erbsen und machte Erbsen-Brownies.<\/p>\n<p>Und da ich gerne in der K\u00fcche experimentiere, dachte ich mir: &#8222;Ok, probieren wir es aus, entweder wird aus diesem veganen Brownie-Rezept <strong>das beste vegane Brownies-Rezept<\/strong> aller Zeiten oder das schlechteste, das ich je gemacht habe&#8220;, haha.<\/p>\n<p>Und ich bereue es wirklich nicht, es ausprobiert zu haben, da sich das Rezept als absolut <strong>episch<\/strong> herausgestellt hat. Aber nicht zu lange r\u00fchren. Wenn der Teig zu dickfl\u00fcssig ist, etwas Pflanzenmilch hinzuf\u00fcgen. Wenn er zu fl\u00fcssig ist, dann f\u00fcge etwa einen Essl\u00f6ffel Kokosmehl hinzu.<\/li>\n<li>Lege eine Backform mit Backpapier aus (mit einem \u00dcberhang an allen Seiten, damit sie sich leicht entfernen lassen) oder fette sie mit etwas Kokos\u00f6l ein. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe meiner Form betr\u00e4gt 18 x 28 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Im Backofen bei 200 Grad C etwa 50 Minuten backen. Es kann l\u00e4nger dauern, je nach Ofen und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Form, oder bis ein Zahnstocher, der in die Mitte eingef\u00fchrt wird, fast sauber herauskommt (er kann noch klebrig, aber darf nicht nass sein). Pr\u00fcfe den Kuchen nach 40 Minuten mit einem Zahnstocher. Die Brownies sehen meistens noch etwas &#8222;underbaked&#8220; (nicht ganz durch) aus, aber keine Sorge, da sie im K\u00fchlschrank fest werden.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die Schokoglasur einfach alle Zutaten in eine kleine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit einem Schneebesen gut verr\u00fchren. Verteile die Schokocreme auf den erkalteten Brownies. Mit einem gro\u00dfen, scharfen Messer in Vierecke schneiden. Du solltest sie einige Minuten vor dem Verzehr herausnehmen, dann schmecken sie noch besser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kann man Brownies einfrieren?<\/strong> &#8211; Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich! Es ist wichtig, dass sich die Brownies in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter befinden, wenn sie in den Gefrierschrank gestellt werden. Die Brownies sind fertig wenn der Teig nicht mehr fl\u00fcssig in der Mitte ist. Ich w\u00fcrde jedoch empfehlen ausschlie\u00dflich Kokosmehl zu verwenden, da es den Brownies eine wunderbare Textur verleiht.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn du kein Erdnussmehl bekommst, dann kannst du es auch weglassen und stattdessen 7 EL Kakaopulver verwenden. Ich verwende <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Protein-Plus-Peanut-Flour-Gluten\/dp\/B0052OOYO2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dieses Erdnussmehl<\/a>.\u00a0Du kannst\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/s\/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&amp;url=search-alias%3Daps&amp;field-keywords=Erdnussmehl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jedes andere Erdnussmehl bei Amazon.de<\/a> bestellen. <strong>Oder verwende cremiges Erdnussmus<\/strong>. H\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich musst du dann den einen EL Wasser weglassen, weil das Erdnussmehl die Mischung andickt. I am a German girl, a Pharmaceutic Technical Assistant (PTA), a certified cosmetician. At the moment I live in the Caribbean (Dominican Republic) but I want to go back to Europe in a few years.
