Das daraus resultierende Gericht ist cremig, wohltuend, leicht w\u00fcrzig (aber gut anpassbar!) und wirklich s\u00e4ttigend &#8211; perfekt, um es mit Reis und\/oder Naan zu einer kompletten Mahlzeit zu servieren. Wenn du m\u00f6chtest, kannst du getrocknete Kichererbsen auch selbst kochen. Das Abtropfgewicht von einer Dose sind ca. 275 g.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aubergine:<\/strong> Ich verwende lieber zwei kleine Auberginen als eine gro\u00dfe. Kleinere Auberginen enthalten in der Regel weniger Kerne (d.h. sie sind weniger bitter!) und halten beim Kochen besser zusammen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aromen:<\/strong> Ich benutze eine einfache klassische Kombination aus Zwiebel und Knoblauch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> Ich nehme Kokosmilch aus der Dose oder Kokoscreme. F\u00fcr eine leichtere Variante kannst du Light-Kokosmilch benutzen &#8211; allerdings wird das Curry dann nicht so cremig. Wenn du keine Kokosmilch hast, kannst du auch eine Pflanzencreme\/-sahne verwenden. Ich mag Hafersahne oder Sojasahne, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Currypulver:<\/strong> Alternativ kannst du auch Currypaste verwenden. Du kannst verschiedene Sch\u00e4rfegrade von Currypulver\/-paste kaufen (mild, mittel, scharf), also w\u00e4hle nach deiner pers\u00f6nlichen Vorliebe. Wenn du kein Currypulver hast, dann funktioniert auch Garam Masala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Ich liebe es, dieses Kichererbsen-Curry mit ein wenig zus\u00e4tzlichem Kreuzk\u00fcmmel (gemahlen) zu verfeinern. Ich f\u00fcge auch ein wenig Kurkuma (vollgepackt mit gesundheitlichen Vorteilen), ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver und Chilipulver (f\u00fcr die Sch\u00e4rfe) hinzu. Au\u00dferdem verwende ich, wie \u00fcblich, Salz und Pfeffer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>In den unten stehenden Rezept-Anmerkungen findest du weitere Hinweise zu den Zutaten!<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Wie servieren:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gekochter Reis:<\/strong> Ich verwende oft Jasminreis, aber verwende gerne deinen Lieblingsreis oder die Beilage deiner Wahl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veganer Joghurt:<\/strong> Ich liebe es, alle meine Curry-Rezepte mit einem Klecks veganem Joghurt zu servieren. Das Auberginen-Kokos-Curry sollte sich auch gut einfrieren lassen, allerdings habe ich es noch nicht ausprobiert. Ich empfehle, es zuerst vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen zu lassen. Dann in mehreren Portionen f\u00fcr 2-3 Monate einfrieren. Vor dem Wiederaufw\u00e4rmen im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wieder aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Erhitze das Curry entweder auf dem Herd bei mittlerer Hitze, bis es vollst\u00e4ndig erw\u00e4rmt ist, oder in der Mikrowelle. Wenn die So\u00dfe zu sehr eingedickt ist, kannst du etwas von deiner Lieblings-Pflanzenmilch hinzuf\u00fcgen, um sie wieder zu verd\u00fcnnen. Gerne kannst du es mit weiteren Zutaten aufpeppen (oder das Gem\u00fcse austauschen); Kartoffeln, Blumenkohl, K\u00fcrbis, Zucchini &#8211; solange das Gem\u00fcse in der vorgegebenen Zeit gar wird, geht alles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zum Andicken der So\u00dfe:<\/strong> Ich finde, dass die So\u00dfe durchs K\u00f6cheln wunderbar andickt. Wenn du jedoch aus Versehen zu viel Fl\u00fcssigkeit hinzugibst, kannst du ein wenig Maisst\u00e4rke, Pfeilwurzelmehl oder Kartoffelst\u00e4rke zum Andicken verwenden. Stelle damit erst einen Brei mit etwas Wasser her, bevor du es in die So\u00dfe einr\u00fchrst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr einen etwas anderen Geschmack:<\/strong> Du kannst 2-3 gro\u00dfe gew\u00fcrfelte Tomaten oder einige Tomaten aus der Dose hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Auberginen:<\/strong> Du kannst auch ger\u00f6stete Auberginen in diesem Curry verwenden!
