Ja, jederzeit, es schmeckt auch im Sommer toll! Aber gerade\u00a0ist Januar und in den meisten Teilen Europas\u00a0herrschen eisige Temperaturen. Das ist zwar \u00e4rgerlich, allerdings ist es auch\u00a0der perfekte Zeitpunkt, um dieses leckere Fr\u00fcchtebrot zu backen. Stelle dir kurz vor wie du vor dem Kamin sitzt, eingewickelt in eine kuschelige Decke, mit einer hei\u00dfen Schokolade in der linken Hand und mit dem Fr\u00fcchtebrot in der rechten Hand. Es\u00a0enth\u00e4lt viele saftige Trockenfr\u00fcchte und\u00a0auch ein paar N\u00fcsse. Ich habe im Rezept getrocknete Aprikosen, Feigen, Datteln und Rosinen verwendet. Wenn du noch mehr oder weitere Trockenfr\u00fcchte benutzen willst, wird der Kuchen noch saftiger. Was die N\u00fcsse betrifft, da habe ich\u00a0Cashewn\u00fcsse, Mandeln, Pekann\u00fcsse und St\u00fccke von Kokosfleisch verwendet. Dadurch schmeckt der Fr\u00fcchtekuchen noch besser! Wenn du jedoch kein Fan von Schokolade bist, dann kannst du den Schokoladenguss nat\u00fcrlich weglassen. Allerdings kann ich es nur empfehlen und wer mag schon keine Schokolade? Ich finde gerade zu einem Fr\u00fcchtebrot passt es ausgezeichnet. Die\u00a0Trockenfr\u00fcchte verleihen dem Kuchen einen angenehmen s\u00fc\u00dfen Geschmack und der Rum unterstreicht zudem das Aroma.\u00a0Ich habe die Trockenfr\u00fcchte f\u00fcr einige Stunden in Rum eingelegt, weil ich das Aroma nun einmal sehr mag. Aber keine Sorge, du brauchst keinen Alkohol zu verwenden, du kannst auch einfach ein Rum-Aroma benutzen.\u00a0Falls du mein Rezept nachbackst, dann teile mir bitte mit wie es dir geschmeckt hat.
