Pommes Frites sind nun einmal unheimlich lecker, das steht fest. Ich habe sie schon immer geliebt, vor allem als Kind. Nur leider wurde mir jedes Mal sehr schlecht, wenn ich Pommes in einem Restaurant oder Schnellimbiss gegessen habe.<\/p>\n<p>Mindestens eine halbe Stunde lang ging es mir elend. Zu viel raffiniertes Fett scheint mein K\u00f6rper jedenfalls nicht zu m\u00f6gen. Sie schmecken am besten mit cremiger Guacamole, aber auch mit Ketchup oder veganer Mayonnaise! #kartoffelecken #kartoffelspalten #kartoffelpommes #pommesfrites #veganesabendessen | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Wie macht man die besten Kartoffelecken aus dem Ofen?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Zuerst solltest du den Backofen vorheizen und ein gro\u00dfes Backblech (oder zwei Backbleche) mit Backpapier auslegen.<\/li>\n<li>Als n\u00e4chstes Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len oder die Schale dranlassen (s\u00e4ubere die Kartoffeln, wenn du sie nicht sch\u00e4lst). Beides funktioniert gut, die Schale sorgt f\u00fcr eine sch\u00f6ne Textur.<\/li>\n<li>Jede Kartoffel der L\u00e4nge nach halbieren. Dann die H\u00e4lften in Drittel oder Viertel schneiden (je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Kartoffel).<\/li>\n<li>Mit allen Gew\u00fcrzen in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und auf dem vorbereiteten Backblech verteilen.<\/li>\n<li>40 Minuten im Ofen knusprig goldbraun backen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>F\u00fcr Kartoffelspalten aus der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse<\/h2>\n<p>Die Kartoffelspalten in einer einzelnen Schicht mit etwas Abstand dazwischen ausbreiten und bei 200 C 15-20 Minuten lang (je nach Dicke) in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse backen, dabei nach 10 Minuten wenden.
