Ich verwende lieber k\u00fcrzere Nudeln (wie &#8222;Fusilli&#8220;) statt Spaghetti\/ Linguine. Wenn du letztere bevorzugst, empfehle ich, sie vorher zu halbieren und h\u00e4ufiger umzur\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fchepulver:<\/strong> Alternativ kannst du auch fertige Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wasser:<\/strong> Oder nimm Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Passata:<\/strong> Wenn du keine Passata hast, kannst du auch Tomatenp\u00fcree (nicht Tomatenmark) oder Tomatensauce verwenden. F\u00fcr mehr W\u00fcrze f\u00fcge etwas Tomatenmark hinzu. Im Sommer kannst du sogar reife Kirschtomaten benutzen, aber du solltest sie erst anbraten, bevor du die restlichen Zutaten hinzugibst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> F\u00fcr das reichhaltigste und cremigste Ergebnis verwende ich gerne Kokosmilch aus der Dose (fettreduzierte Kokosmilch geht aber auch). Du kannst auch eine andere pflanzliche &#8222;Creme&#8220;\/&#8220;Sahne&#8220; (wie Hafersahne oder Sojasahne) ausprobieren. Beachte jedoch, dass sich dies auf den Geschmack auswirken wird.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Zwiebelpulver, Knoblauchpulver, Paprikapulver, Salz und schwarzer Pfeffer sind alles, was du f\u00fcr diese vegane Nudelpfanne brauchst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aromen:<\/strong> Du brauchst drei Knoblauchzehen und eine Zwiebel (ich bevorzuge rote Zwiebeln, aber gelbe Zwiebeln gehen auch) &#8211; die Menge an Knoblauch kannst du ganz nach deinem Geschmack anpassen. Notfalls kannst du auch Knoblauch- und Zwiebelpulver anstelle von frischem verwenden. Nimm \u00bd Teel\u00f6ffel Knoblauchpulver pro Knoblauchzehe und 1\/2 Essl\u00f6ffel Zwiebelpulver pro kleine bis mittelgro\u00dfe Zwiebel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Optionale Zutaten und Rezeptvarianten:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8222;<strong>K\u00e4se&#8220;:<\/strong> Du kannst etwas Hefeflocken direkt in die cremige Tomatenso\u00dfe geben, um ihr einen nussigen\/k\u00e4sigen Geschmack zu verleihen. Du kannst auch Spinat dazugeben, den du am Ende in die Pfanne r\u00fchrst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proteinquelle:<\/strong> Um diesem cremigen Nudelgericht zus\u00e4tzliches Eiwei\u00df zu verleihen, kannst du entweder H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte (wie Kichererbsen oder wei\u00dfe Bohnen) direkt mit in den Topf geben.
