Wenn du Erdbeeren und Kokosnuss magst, wirst du dieses Rezept lieben.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Wie du vielleicht wei\u00dft, liebe ich alles was mit Kokos zu tun hat. Ich verwende sehr h\u00e4ufig Kokosmilch in meinen Gerichten, wie zum Beispiel in Desserts. Aber auch in herzhaften Gerichten darf es nicht fehlen. Ich stelle zudem oft\u00a0meine <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kokosmilch-selber-machen-rezept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eigene Kokosmilch<\/a> her, ich liebe Kokoswasser und auch das Kokosfleisch schmeckt mir sehr.<\/p>\n<p>Kurzum, man kann so viele leckere und unterschiedliche Dinge mit Kokos zaubern, angefangen bei Cocktails (denk nur an Pi\u00f1a Colada), bis hin zu Curry Reis. Kokos verbessert, meiner Meinung nach, den Geschmack von so gut wie allen Gerichten. Es passt zudem hervorragend zu Erdbeeren, die Kombination ist wirklich einmalig. Ich habe 5 Zutaten f\u00fcr den Tortenboden verwendet. Diese sind: Erdn\u00fcsse, Datteln, Haferflocken, Ahornsirup und Vanille. Du kannst jedoch auch Cashewn\u00fcsse, Sonnenblumenkerne, K\u00fcrbiskerne oder Mandeln benutzen, es m\u00fcssen keine Erdn\u00fcsse sein. Die Kokoscreme enth\u00e4lt Cashewn\u00fcsse, Kokosmilch, Kokosfleisch, Ahornsirup (du kannst jedes andere S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel verwenden), Vanille und frische Erdbeeren (in der pinken Schicht).<\/p>\n<p>Dekoriere deine Erdbeer-Kokos Torte mit leckeren Erdbeer-Scheiben. Das bedeutet es kommt nach der Zubereitung in das Tiefk\u00fchlfach und nicht in den Ofen. Es muss mindestens 3 Stunden im Gerfrierfach verweilen, um fest zu werden. Ich habe eine 11 cm x 22 cm Backform f\u00fcr die Erdbeer-Kokos Torte verwendet. Die St\u00fcckchen bewahre ich im Tiefk\u00fchlfach auf und lasse sie etwa 15 Minuten auftauen bevor ich sie genie\u00dfe.<\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
