Tats\u00e4chlich ist dieser fruchtige Avocado Cheesecake nur eine von vielen, genussvollen Leckereien. Zu meinen weiteren Favoriten z\u00e4hlen u.a. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/blaubeer-kaesekuchen-rezept-vegan\/\">Heidelbeer-K\u00e4sekuchen<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/zitronen-kaesekuchen-tarte\/\">Zitronen-Cheesecake-Tarte<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kaesekuchen-tartelettes-vegan-glutenfrei\/\">K\u00e4sekuchen Tartelettes<\/a><\/strong> und ein einfacher veganer <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kaesekuchen-ohne-backen\/\">K\u00e4sekuchen ohne backen<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser vegane Kiwi Kuchen besteht aus einem glutenfreien Kuchenboden und einer super cremigen gr\u00fcnen K\u00e4sekuchenschicht bestehend aus Avocado und Limette. Die helle Cashewcreme wird dann mit Kiwi und Granatapfel dekoriert und ist sch\u00f6n sahnig, s\u00fc\u00df, spritzig und super erfrischend!<\/p>\n<p>Desserts, bei denen Fr\u00fcchte und cremige Zutaten kombiniert werden, sind in meiner K\u00fcche das ganze Jahr \u00fcber anzutreffen. Neulich habe ich ein Rezept f\u00fcr einen cremigen <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/zitronenschnitten-rezept-glutenfrei-pflanzlich\/\">Zitronen-K\u00e4sekuchen<\/a><\/strong> auf meinem Blog ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Sie ist reichhaltig und cremig und hat dennoch einen so dezenten Geschmack, dass man sie leicht in einem Avocado Cheesecake &#8222;verstecken&#8220; kann. Cashew-Creme eignet sich nicht nur hervorragend f\u00fcr K\u00e4sekuchen ohne Backen, sondern ich nutze sie auch f\u00fcr <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganes-tiramisu-rezept\/\">veganes Tiramisu<\/a> <\/strong>(k\u00f6stlich!).<\/p>\n<p>Das Beste ist, dass dieser Kiwi Sommerkuchen sehr allergikerfreundlich ist und weder Ei noch Milchprodukte enth\u00e4lt, wie es bei traditionellem K\u00e4sekuchen der Fall ist. Er muss nicht gebacken werden, ist glutenfrei, vegan, ohne Ei, ohne raffinierten Zucker, ohne Soja und kann sogar nussfrei und paleo zubereitet werden! Du kannst aber auch Cashews, Waln\u00fcsse oder Mandeln nehmen. F\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version, nimm Sonnenblumenkerne oder K\u00fcrbiskerne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datteln:<\/strong> Ich habe Deglet Nour Datteln genommen. Du kannst aber auch das gleiche Gewicht an Medjool-Datteln verwenden (du brauchst vielleicht sogar weniger, da Medjool-Datteln von Natur aus klebriger sind).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosnuss:<\/strong> Ich habe unges\u00fc\u00dfte Kokosraspeln verwendet. Alternativ kannst du die Kokosraspeln auch gegen mehr N\u00fcsse austauschen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanille:<\/strong> Verwende nat\u00fcrliches Vanilleextrakt, um den besten Geschmack zu erzielen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Optional kannst du eine Prise Salz hinzuf\u00fcgen, um die Aromen zu verst\u00e4rken und die S\u00fc\u00dfe auszugleichen.<\/p>\n<h3>Avocado-K\u00e4sekuchen-Schicht:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Avocado:<\/strong> Verwende reife (aber nicht \u00fcberreife) Avocados ohne dunkle Flecken im Inneren f\u00fcr den besten Geschmack und die sch\u00f6nste Farbe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokos\u00f6l:<\/strong> Dies tr\u00e4gt zu einem guten Geschmack und einer samtigen Konsistenz bei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein beliebiges fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Agavendicksaft oder brauner Reissirup. Du kannst auch eine zuckerfreie Variante zubereiten, indem du z.B. fl\u00fcssiges Stevia verwendest. Je nachdem, was du nimmst, musst du die Menge anpassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limette:<\/strong> Passe die Menge an, je nachdem, wie s\u00e4uerlich du die Kiwi Torte haben m\u00f6chtest. Optional kannst du auch etwas Limettenschale hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wenn du eine tiefer gr\u00fcn gef\u00e4rbte Avocadocreme m\u00f6chtest, kannst du ein wenig Spirulina hinzuf\u00fcgen (nur eine Prise). Du wirst es nicht herausschmecken k\u00f6nnen, wenn es in einer so kleinen Menge eingesetzt wird.<\/p>\n<h3>Cashew-Sahne-Schicht:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cashewkerne:<\/strong> Nimm rohe, ungesalzene Cashewkerne. Alternativ kannst du auch eine andere Nusssorte verwenden (ich finde, dass weichere N\u00fcsse mit einem h\u00f6heren Fettgehalt am besten funktionieren), z. B. Macadamian\u00fcsse und blanchierte Mandeln. F\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version kannst du auch rohe Sonnenblumenkerne probieren &#8211; allerdings wird der Geschmack dann etwas kr\u00e4ftiger sein. Au\u00dferdem wird die Konsistenz nicht so cremig sein.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosnuss:<\/strong> Du kannst entweder Kokosjoghurt oder Sojajoghurt f\u00fcr diesen veganen K\u00e4sekuchen verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> Verwende Kokosmilch aus der Dose f\u00fcr den cremigsten Kokos-K\u00e4sekuchen. Vollfett ist am besten. Wenn es schnell gehen soll, kannst du die Cashewkerne 15 Minuten lang kochen, bis sie weich sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 2 &#8211; Kuchenboden herstellen:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>W\u00e4hrend die Cashewkerne leicht abk\u00fchlen, kannst du die Zutaten f\u00fcr den Kuchenboden in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine verarbeiten, bis der Teig beim Zusammendr\u00fccken mit den Fingern zusammenklebt. Dies dauert in der Regel zwischen 10 und 20 Sekunden. Dr\u00fccke dann den Teig in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte runde Springform (20 cm) und stelle ihn beiseite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 3 &#8211; Avocado Creme p\u00fcrieren:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend die K\u00fcchenmaschine schnell auswischen und dann alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Avocado-Limetten-Creme p\u00fcrieren (oder einen Mixer verwenden), bis sie glatt und cremig ist. Dann \u00fcber den Kuchenboden gie\u00dfen und f\u00fcr ca. 30 Minuten in den Gefrierschrank stellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Nachdem du die F\u00fcllung p\u00fcriert hast, probiere ein wenig, um zu sehen, ob du die Menge der verwendeten Limette anpassen m\u00f6chtest.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 4 &#8211; Cashew-Creme p\u00fcrieren:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Danach den selben Schritt mit den Zutaten f\u00fcr die Cashewcreme wiederholen; die Zutaten glatt und cremig p\u00fcrieren. Es kann einige Zeit dauern, bis die Creme ganz glatt ist. Deshalb am besten eine kurze Pause mit der K\u00fcchenmaschine einlegen und die Seiten des Beh\u00e4lters mit einem Spatel abkratzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 5 &#8211; Mit Fr\u00fcchten dekorieren:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Creme anschlie\u00dfend \u00fcber die Avocado-Schicht gie\u00dfen und mit d\u00fcnnen Kiwischeiben und optional Granatapfel (oder anderen Fr\u00fcchten deiner Wahl) dekorieren. Anschlie\u00dfend f\u00fcr weitere 3 Stunden in den Gefrierschrank stellen, damit die Schichten vollst\u00e4ndig fest werden, und dann genie\u00dfen! Vor dem Servieren solltest du den Avocado Cheesecake 20-30 Minuten antauen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ich empfehle, den gesamten veganen K\u00e4sekuchen in St\u00fccke zu schneiden, wenn du ihn das erste Mal aus dem Gefrierschrank nimmst, damit es sp\u00e4ter einfacher ist, ein einzelnes St\u00fcck zu entnehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Serviere ein St\u00fcck von dem Sommerkuchen allein oder verfeinert mit etwas aufgeschlagener Kokossahne f\u00fcr ein leckeres fruchtiges Dessert!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1023 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/fruity-cheesecake-with-kiwi.jpg\" alt=\"Fruchtiger veganer K\u00e4sekuchen mit Kiwi und Granatapfel dekoriert\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1130\" data-pin-description=\"Dieser vegane No-Bake Cheesecake ist eine Kombination aus einem fruchtigen Obstkuchen, einer Kiwi Torte und einem Avocado-Kuchen. Ich empfehle jedoch, ihn ca. 30 Minuten vor dem Servieren aus dem Gefrierschrank zu nehmen, um die beste Textur zu erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du ihn im Ganzen aus dem Gefrierschrank nimmst, bewahre ihn anschlie\u00dfend im K\u00fchlschrank auf, bis du ihn servieren m\u00f6chtest. Versuche, ihn innerhalb von ein paar Stunden zu essen, da er beim Auftauen im K\u00fchlschrank weicher wird.<\/p>\n<p><em>Top-Tipp: Wenn du planst, diesen Sommerkuchen bei warmem Wetter zu servieren oder wenn deine G\u00e4ste eine Weile drau\u00dfen sitzen werden, kannst du den Kuchen auch in Dessert-Gl\u00e4sern servieren.
