Aber diese pflanzliche Version zeigt, dass man kein Fleisch braucht, um den vollen, herzhaften Geschmack zu genie\u00dfen! Mit ein paar einfachen Zutaten verwandeln sich Pilze (z.B. Alternativ kannst du auch getrocknete Pilze nehmen. Ich habe eine getrocknete Pilzmischung verwendet (einschlie\u00dflich Shiitake, Champignons, etc.). Enoki-Pilze eignen sich auch gut als Teil der Pilzmischung. Siehe FAQs f\u00fcr Alternativen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oliven\u00f6l:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes neutrales Speise\u00f6l wie Avocado\u00f6l.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aromen:<\/strong> Ich verwende eine einfache Kombination aus Zwiebeln und Knoblauch (oder Knoblauchpaste).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gyrosgew\u00fcrz:<\/strong> Ich habe selbstgemachtes Gyrosgew\u00fcrz benutzt &#8211; wie in den Rezept-Anmerkungen unten im Rezept beschrieben. Eine gekaufte Mischung ist auch okay.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche:<\/strong> Du kannst fl\u00fcssige Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche nehmen oder die Br\u00fche mit einem Br\u00fchw\u00fcrfel\/Pulver und Wasser zubereiten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomatenmark:<\/strong> Verwende normales oder salzarmes Tomatenmark.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sojasauce:<\/strong> Ich empfehle dabei dunkle Sojasauce f\u00fcr mehr Geschmack. Alternativ kannst du Tamari (GF) oder Kokos-Aminos (sojafrei) nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Ahorn- oder Dattelsirup eignen sich besonders gut f\u00fcr veganes Gyros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Essig:<\/strong> Normaler Essig, Apfelessig oder Zitronensaft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Weitere Zutaten:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pitabrot:<\/strong> Ich habe selbstgemachtes glutenfreies <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/pita-brot\/\">Pitabrot<\/a> <\/strong>benutzt. Du kannst auch gekauftes Brot nehmen. Alternativ funktionieren auch normale Tortillas oder <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kartoffel-pfannenbrot\/\"><strong>Pfannenbrot<\/strong><\/a> um Gyrostaschen zu machen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Eine einfache Kombination aus Salat, geschnittenen Gurken und Tomaten passt gut zu Gyros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tzatziki<\/strong>: Ich habe <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganes-tzatziki\/\"><strong>veganes Tzatziki<\/strong><\/a> selbst hergestellt &#8211; die Zubereitung dauert nur wenige Minuten und man braucht lediglich ein paar einfache Zutaten. Du kannst aber auch eine gekaufte Variante nehmen oder eine Sauce deiner Wahl (z. Dann den Knoblauch und das Gyrosgew\u00fcrz hinzuf\u00fcgen und eine weitere Minute anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und das Tomatenmark hinzuf\u00fcgen und umr\u00fchren. Dann Soja, Ahornsirup und Essig zugeben.<\/li>\n<li>Die Mischung noch ein paar Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Sauce leicht eindickt und das vegane Gyrosfleisch gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig bedeckt. Anschlie\u00dfend vom Herd nehmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wenn du dein vegetarisches Gyros noch knuspriger machen m\u00f6chtest, kannst du die Pfanne (wenn sie ofenfest ist) f\u00fcr ein paar Minuten in den Ofen schieben, bis es knusprig wird.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zum Schluss das <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/pita-brot\/\"><strong>Pitabrot<\/strong><\/a> mit dem Gem\u00fcse (Salat, Tomaten, Gurken, etc.), der veganen Gyrosmischung, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganes-tzatziki\/\"><strong>Tzatziki<\/strong><\/a> und frischen Kr\u00e4utern belegen. Aber auch veganes \u201eH\u00fchnchen\u201c, fester Tofu, Tempeh, Seitan oder Kichererbsen funktionieren als \u201eProtein-Quelle\u201c. Einfach marinieren, anbraten und optional bei 200 \u00b0C f\u00fcr 20\u201325 Minuten r\u00f6sten, bis alles sch\u00f6n karamellisiert und an den R\u00e4ndern knusprig ist.<\/p>\n<h3>Wie werden die Pilze knusprig?<\/h3>\n<p>Zuerst anbraten, dann in einer einzigen Schicht ausbreiten und bei 200 \u00b0C f\u00fcr 20\u201325 Minuten r\u00f6sten oder mit etwas \u00d6l grillen, dabei nach der H\u00e4lfte der Zeit wenden. Nicht zu eng auf dem Blech verteilen.<\/p>\n<h2>Top-Rezept-Tipps<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr die fleischigste Textur:<\/strong> Wenn m\u00f6glich, Austernpilze verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Damit das Gyros nicht matschig wird:<\/strong> \u00dcbersch\u00fcssige Fl\u00fcssigkeit von den angebratenen Pilzen und dem Gem\u00fcse abtropfen lassen oder abtupfen und das Tzatziki erst direkt vor dem Servieren hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr maximalen Geschmack:<\/strong> Die Pilze 30 Minuten (oder bis zu 24 Stunden) marinieren.
