Jetzt ist es Zeit f\u00fcr Beilagen, wozu auch <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganes-gyros\/\"><strong>veganes Gyros<\/strong><\/a> als auch dieses Rezept f\u00fcr veganes Tzatziki geh\u00f6ren. Mit nur 5 einfachen Zutaten und in weniger als 10 Minuten zubereitet, ist diese cremige griechische Sauce die perfekte Erg\u00e4nzung zu vielen Mahlzeiten, denn sie ist gesund, leicht und erfrischend.<\/p>\n<p>Im Gegensatz zu anderen veganen Varianten ist mein Rezept sojafrei und nussfrei. Mit einer einfachen Kombination aus Joghurt, Gurke, Knoblauch, Essig, Oliven\u00f6l sowie Salz und Pfeffer ist diese Sauce glutenfrei, pflanzlich und enth\u00e4lt g\u00e4ngige sowie preisg\u00fcnstige Zutaten aus der Speisekammer. W\u00e4hrend viele Versionen auch Kr\u00e4uter wie Minze und Dill enthalten, scheint das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mygreekdish.com\/recipe\/authentic-greek-tzatziki-sauce-recipe\/\">echte Tzatziki<\/a> dies selten zu beinhalten. Auf Zypern gibt es jedoch eine Version (genannt &#8222;Talatouri&#8220;), die Minze und Zitronensaft (anstelle von Essig) enth\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tats\u00e4chlich gibt es weltweit mehrere \u00e4hnliche cremige Gurkengerichte, darunter die indische Raita und ein &#8222;suppenartiges&#8220; Gericht namens &#8222;Tarator&#8220;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr dieses vegane Tzatziki Rezept habe ich versucht, mich nahe an das originale Tzatziki zu halten, allerdings zu 100% vegan. B. Kokos-, Soja- oder sogar einen veganen Joghurt nach griechischer Art.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch:<\/strong> Originales Tzatziki ist in der Regel sehr knoblauchlastig, so wie ich es auch mag! Du kannst die Menge aber gerne an deinen pers\u00f6nlichen Geschmack anpassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gurke:<\/strong> Ich bevorzuge ungesch\u00e4lte Gurken. Am besten nimmst du eine kernarme Sorte wie persische oder englische Gurken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oliven\u00f6l:<\/strong> Verwende hochwertiges Oliven\u00f6l, um der Gyrossauce ein wenig Geschmack und eine samtige Textur zu verleihen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Essig:<\/strong> Ich habe Essig verwendet, der auch f\u00fcr traditionelle Rezepte genommen wird. Du kannst mit verschiedenen Essigsorten oder sogar Zitronensaft experimentieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz &amp; Pfeffer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Optionale Zutaten<\/h3>\n<p>Es gibt zahlreiche M\u00f6glichkeiten, dieses Zaziki Rezept weiter zu verfeinern, z. Wie bei meinem <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/gurkensalat-mit-joghurt\/\">Gurkensalat Rezept<\/a><\/strong> kannst du die Gurke optional auch &#8222;salzen&#8220;, um die gesamte \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Fl\u00fcssigkeit herauszuziehen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Danach die Gurke zusammen mit dem Joghurt und allen restlichen Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Das Tsatsiki abschmecken und an deinen pers\u00f6nlichen Geschmack anpassen &#8211; mehr Essig f\u00fcr die S\u00e4ure, Salz und Pfeffer, Knoblauch, usw. Dann genie\u00dfen!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wenn du etwas Geduld hast, empfehle ich, das Tzatziki 1-2 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank marinieren zu lassen. Das ist nur dann nicht so wichtig, wenn du vorhast, alles auf einmal zu essen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Am besten ist es, zu marinieren:<\/strong> Es ist zwar nicht unbedingt notwendig, aber ich empfehle, die Zaziki-Sauce f\u00fcr 2+Stunden marinieren zu lassen, um das beste Geschmacksergebnis zu erzielen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wenn dein Joghurt nicht dick genug ist:<\/strong> Du kannst ihn von Hand durch mehrere Lagen Mulltuch oder einen Nussmilchbeutel abseihen, damit die \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Fl\u00fcssigkeit abflie\u00dfen kann und der Joghurt dicker wird. Je nachdem, wie dick der Joghurt ist, dauert dies mehrere Stunden (m\u00f6glicherweise sogar \u00fcber Nacht).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wenn die Gurke viele Kerne hat:<\/strong> Entkerne sie lieber erst, bevor du sie raspelst.
